Information collected
Listro collects the information needed to create accounts, coordinate listing work, process uploaded media, and deliver completed files.
- Account details such as name, email address, company name, account role, and profile settings.
- Listing details such as property address, property type, workflow selections, edit notes, assignment history, job status, and reshoot context.
- Media you choose to upload, including property walk videos, detail photos, and final deliverable files.
- Operational metadata such as file type, file size, timestamps, storage paths, and related service records generated while the product runs.
How information is used
We use information to run the service, authenticate users, organize listing jobs, coordinate operations review, deliver final media, respond to support requests, and protect the product from abuse or misuse.
Device permissions
The mobile app requests only the permissions needed for the current workflow.
- Camera access is used to capture guided detail photos and property walk footage.
- Microphone access is used while recording property walk videos.
- Photo library access is used only when you choose to save approved deliverables back to your device.
- You can manage device permissions through your operating system settings at any time.
Sharing
Listro shares information only where needed to provide the service.
- With authorized internal operations users so they can review, process, and deliver listing media.
- With service providers that help host infrastructure, authenticate users, store files, and keep the product available.
- When required by law, regulation, or a valid legal process.
Tracking and advertising
The current version of Listro does not include third-party advertising SDKs and is not built around behavioral ad tracking inside the product.
If analytics, messaging, or other third-party tooling is added later in a way that changes this disclosure, this page should be updated before that rollout.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as it is needed to operate the service, meet operational requirements, resolve disputes, and satisfy legal obligations.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect account data and uploaded media. No system can promise absolute security, but access is limited to the people and providers needed to operate the product.
Your choices
You can update certain profile details in the app, manage device permissions on your device, and contact support if you need help with account access or deletion requests.
Children
Listro is built for business use by real estate professionals and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated as the product evolves. When material changes are made, the effective date on this page will be updated.
