We shot the listings first. Then we built the tool.
Listro didn't start in a lab. It started on real shoots — and grew out of a working media studio that had already photographed hundreds of millions of dollars in real estate.
Our co-founder spent four-plus years running a marketing company before moving to the Florida Keys and co-founding Keys Media Studio. Between them, the team has shot over $500 million in real estate — the kind of volume that teaches you exactly where listing media breaks down.
The pattern was always the same: great agents waiting days on a photographer, paying studio rates for a handful of listings, and losing momentum in the gap between a signed listing and a live one. Meanwhile the tools to capture and edit that media were getting dramatically better and faster.
Instead of waiting for that shift to make a studio obsolete, we decided to hand the studio's playbook to the agent. Listro is that playbook as an app — guided capture on the phone already in your pocket, a human-reviewed edit pipeline behind it, and finished media back by morning.
The goal isn't to replace the craft of real estate media. It's to make it faster, cheaper, and good enough that any agent can put listing-grade work in front of buyers — every single time.

The principles behind every delivery.
Empower the agent
The person who knows the property best should be able to capture it well. We put a studio-grade workflow in the agent's pocket instead of on a photographer's calendar.
Humans in the loop
Software speeds the work, but two human reviewers own the final look of every delivery. Quality is a person's call, not a model's guess.
Honest media
Floor plans are measured, not estimated. Virtual staging is always disclosed. Listing media should help a buyer trust what they're seeing.
Studio quality, overnight
We rebuilt the turnaround a working studio promises — capture tonight, finished media by morning — without the studio's scheduling and cost.
